Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
At CAREHEALTH, we will always try to make sure that items delivered to you are of a goof condition and correct. However, the following types of items can be put up for return and refund request.
- Defective item (Not inclusive of damages on the external package of the product)
- Incorrect item from the initial order
- Expired item
- Missing item
If you received any of the above items, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving of your order, subjected to the following terms and conditions:
Item must be in their original purchase condition.
All packaging of each item must remains unopened and not defaced in any manner.
Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack, have to be returned as a whole set.
Items that are labeled as Non-returnable and/or Non-refundable on watsons.com.sg, will not be accepted in our return and refund policy.
All Gift with Purchase item(s) in the order is returned as per order receipt.
To complete your return, please follow the following steps
STEP 1: Pack the unopened items into the parcel that it was shipped in
STEP 2: Attach the original waybill onto the parcel
STEP 3: Wait for the courier to pick up the parcel
